About

Built for the player who wants twenty more years.

Padel is the fastest-growing racquet sport in the world - and the adult bodies picking it up at 40, 45, 50 don’t recover the way they did at 25. Padel Mobility is the platform we wish existed when we started.

Why a platform - not a Slack group, not a YouTube channel.

The padel boom produced a lot of free content and very little structure. Slack groups turn into archive graveyards. YouTube playlists don’t know whether your shoulder improved this month. A platform can.

Padel Mobility tracks the things that decide whether you’re still on court at 65: your pain log, your assessments, your warm-up streak, the programs you’ve actually completed. Then it gives you a coach who reads the data and adjusts.

The three-pillar method.

Everything inside the platform maps to one of three ideas - movement quality, injury-proofing, and on-court performance. If a piece of content doesn’t advance one of those three, we don’t publish it.

That filter rules out a lot of mainstream “wellness” content. It rules out most influencer programming. It rules in: thoracic spine rotation, eccentric wrist loading, heavy slow tendon work, 90/90 hip control, ankle dorsiflexion under load. The stuff that takes a year of consistency and twenty years of payoff.

Who built this.

One coach with a clinical background, a small engineering team, and a member base that’s the only marketing channel that matters. We answer questions in-thread and read every pain log entry. That’s the point.

What this isn’t.

It isn’t a substitute for medical care. If you have a diagnosed injury, work with a sports physio or hand-and-elbow specialist - Padel Mobility complements that work, it doesn’t replace it. It also isn’t a strength-training program. We touch strength because you need it, but the focus is mobility, prehab, and on-court translation.
